I have been cleaning after myself, but I don't think that it is going to work out for me. My 10 yr. old daughter.

aww...

My eight year old in her sweet angelic voice: -"Mom." -"mmm?" -"I want a little baby brother, so that I may play with him and take care of him." -"uh...I'll have to talk with daddy about that." Two hours later, after their cousin Luke had come to play. (With annoyed-sad voice): -Mommy, I don't want a baby brother anymore, Luke's trying to pull my doll's head off!!

Everyone who has ever surfed the internet for more than two days a week has created a blog, most blogs are broken dreams of hope, some with great names; like http://morecowbell.blogspot.com/ , but which latest entry dates all the way back to 2002. Others, genius and successful as it is the case of my sister, my only reader and fellow blogger, whom after a year of absence can reach 45 comments on a single post. The sense of accomplishment that comes with carefully selecting subjects to write about, titles, links and images, to publishing and seeing that final product on the web. First Friday s have come and gone. I take my little there to play all the time and she makes very good money! I am happy that she plays there, her stage presence has grown, she practices religiously every day and has done so for the last 200+ days. I am so proud to see her playing, enjoying herself, making people happy...and she is only 10 yrs. old. I thank Adrina, her first violin teacher, for bringing her there so many years ago. It has not been easy, at the beginning we had asked others to come with us and play, but nobody would, so finally we went alone, I had to bribe her with $10 worth of Creamsicles so that she would start playing. Winter was really cold and rainy, we were there when no one else was. It was all worth it.
